It is of no use to use an american web proxy to bypass regional restrictions if that video is blocked in america. The only issue is, this does not say which video this message is referring to. You can disable it to fix things up.
Video not available in my country, is of little help especially as it pertains to actually getting around those restrictions.
A dedicated page will open up and if there's an update available, just click install and follow there are a number of useful chrome extensions available, but some of them can do more harm than so, is youtube not working for you?
